This Privacy Policy explains how Pureconto S.R.L. processes personal data collected through the Pureconto marketing website. It does not cover the Pureconto app or any future product services; those services will have their own privacy information before they are launched.

Data we collect
Waitlist and newsletters
When you join the waitlist or subscribe to receive updates, we collect your email address. We also record the language you selected and that the sign-up came from pureconto.com. We use this information to add you to the waitlist and send relevant Pureconto news or early-access updates.
Providing your email address is optional. If you do not provide it, you cannot join the waitlist or receive newsletters.
Website analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors use the website. This may include online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, and interactions with the site. We use aggregated analytics to understand website performance and improve its content and usability.
Cookie preferences

Why we use your data
We process waitlist and newsletter data based on your consent when you submit your email address. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at klemen@pureconto.com or using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter.
We process Google Analytics data only after you consent to analytics cookies through our cookie settings. You can withdraw or change that consent at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
We also use strictly necessary cookies to remember your cookie choice and keep the website functioning. Where applicable, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website and on complying with applicable cookie rules.
Who receives your data
We use trusted service providers that process personal data on our behalf:
- Brevo manages the waitlist and sends newsletters.
- Google Analytics provides website-usage analytics when you consent to analytics cookies.
- Our hosting and technical service providers support the operation and security of the website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. How long we keep your data
We keep waitlist data for up to one year after you join. We keep newsletter subscriber data until you unsubscribe, we stop sending newsletters, or Pureconto ceases operations. We delete it sooner if you withdraw consent. We may keep information longer where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to meet a legal obligation.
Google Analytics data and cookies are retained according to the settings used for that service. When you withdraw Analytics consent in Cookie settings, we remove the first-party Google Analytics cookies that this site can control and reload the page without loading Google Analytics. This stops future collection in that browser, but does not delete analytics data collected before withdrawal. You can also clear cookies in your browser.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you have the right to request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or to object to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise a right, email klemen@pureconto.com. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or with the supervisory authority where you live or work. ANSPDCP’s contact details are available at dataprotection.ro.
Automated decisions and changes
We do not use the personal data covered by this policy to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We may update this policy when our data practices or applicable law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
